Tilapia with Coleslaw

• 4 – 4 ½ oz. Tilapia fish
• Juice from 1/ 2 Lemon
• Salt, Pepper, and Dill
• 1 Hand full of shredded cabbage
• 1 /2 grapefruit sliced in bite sized pieces
Vinegar and seasonings


1. Put fish in medium frying pan and drizzle with lemon juice
2. Slice some of the rind and put it around the fish
3. Season with salt, pepper, and dill
4. Cook on medium heat until done
5. Serve with shredded cabbage seasoned with vinegar, spices, and grapefruit pieces
6. Enjoy!
