Southwestern salsa chicken
Ingredients

• 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 oz. of Chicken (skinless and no visible fat)
• 1/2 Tomato
• Onion Powder
• Garlic Powder
• Salt and Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
• 1 Packet of Stevia

Directions

1. Simmer chicken in chopped tomatoes
2. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and cayenne powder
3. Add a dash of Stevia and simmer until chicken is fully cooked
4. Serve over spinach or lettuce (optional)
5. Enjoy!

You can add a chopped orange to this recipe for a great citrus twist
