Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients 

• 4 1/2 oz. shrimp
• 0.24 cup Progresso 100% Natural Chicken Broth – reduced sodium
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 4 garlic cloves
• 0.25 tsp. garlic powder
• 0.25 tsp. onion powder
• 0.25 tsp. pepper (red or cayenne)

Directions

1. Add garlic to liquid ingredients.
2. Add Shrimp and additional spices.
3. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and liquid is reduced.
4. Serve hot or cold.
5. Enjoy!
