Orange Spiced Chicken with Asparagus

• 1/4 cup Spiced Chai Tea (place tea bag in hot water)
• 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 oz. Chicken (skin removed and no visible fat)
• Asparagus (cooked) (portion sized depends on meal)
• 1 Orange– peeled and cut into small pieces


1. Pour spiced chai tea into pan
2. Add chicken pieces and simmer on medium heat until chicken is well cooked
3. Place asparagus, oranges, and chicken and juice from pan in a bowl
4. Toss with salt, pepper, herbs and spices of your liking
5. Enjoy!

This recipe also works well with fish!
