- 1 Head of Kale
- ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp of Onion Powder
- Wash Kale and chop.
- Spread on a cookie sheet spray lightly with Pam cooking spray.
- Add spices evenly over the top of your kale.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let them sit for 1 hour.
- Store in a sealed dry container and enjoy.
