Kale Chips

IngredientsKale chips

  • 1 Head of Kale
  • ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp of Onion Powder

Directions

  1. Wash Kale and chop.
  2. Spread on a cookie sheet spray lightly with Pam cooking spray.
  3. Add spices evenly over the top of your kale.
  4. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn off the oven and let them sit for 1 hour.
  6. Store in a sealed dry container and enjoy.
