Chili

Ingredients

• 1 Pound 95% Lean Ground beef
• 4 cloves Garlic Chopped
• 2 Small Yellow Onions Chopped
• 2 Stalks of Celery Sliced Thin
• 1 16 OZ Can Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt
• 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
• 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
• 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 2 Tbls. Chili Powder
• 1 Tbls. Cumin
• 1 Tsp. Oregano
• 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
• 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Tbls. Ground Pepper
• 2 Cups Beef Broth
• 1/2 Lemon
• 4 Packets Stevia Natural Sweetener (Optional)

Directions

1. Brown Ground Beef in a pan at medium heat without oil
2. Rinse and steam in hot water then set aside
3. Sauté garlic and onions without oil until soft
4. Return rinsed beef to pan and squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over mixture
5. Add all ingredients to pan
6. Bring to a slow boil
7. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes to reduce broth
8. Enjoy!
