Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt • 1 10oz package of frozen strawberries (or even Better–you can get fresh strawberries and freeze them) • 5-7 drops of liquid Stevia Directions 1. Blend the frozen strawberries and yogurt together. 2. Slowly add in the Stevia, while mixing, until reaching your desired sweetness. 3. Enjoy!

Cold Asparagus Salad

Ingredients • Asparagus spears • 3 tablespoons lemon juice • Fresh chopped mint leaves (or parsley) • 2 tablespoons of caper juice • 1 tablespoon finely minced red onion • Salt and Pepper Directions 1.
